Central Technology Center (CTC) provides excellence in technical education to high school students and adults, as well as customized business training. CTC empowers individuals to succeed and elevates the workforce through various economic development collaborations. CTC’s commitment to excellence is verified by its recognition as a Gold Star School since the award’s inception in 1990 and a placement rating of 93%. In addition, a cooperative alliance agreement with several colleges and universities allows students to earn college credit and choose from 120 career majors. CTC also provides academic courses in math and science necessary for high school graduation. Each year, CTC serves 27,000 students and provides customized business and industry training to more than 500 businesses. Specialized training includes safety, pipeline, operator qualification (OQ), welding, machine tool and many others. Recently, CTC added a Paramedic to RN Bridge through a partnership with Tulsa Community College and completed the construction of a Pipeline and Safety Training Center to better serve business and industry and meet workforce needs.
