Mid-Del Technology Center (MDTC) is the only technology center in the state of Oklahoma that shares a school board with a public school district. MDTC has three campuses: the main campus, Business and Industry Services and Tinker Skills located on Tinker Air Force Base. MDTC serves secondary students from the Mid-Del School District. MDTC has partnered with Rose State College and OSU’s Institute of Technology to offer 14 career programs approved to give college credit to adult and secondary students. Training classes are offered through Business and Industry Services, as well as short-term classes offered through adult education. MDTC offers 58 career majors, 12 career clusters and three at-risk programs STARS – Students Taking Action to Return to School, SWAPS – Students Working in Active Pursuit of Success and New Beginnings (an alternative education program for pregnant teens).
